We are here to promote wellness and help your body, mind, and soul balance itself into harmony. Our mission as bodywork therapists is to help you cope with stress, injuries and your overall body needs. We will listen to you and your body to develop a bodywork treatment plan that will help reduce your stress and pain so you can relax while continuing your daily life feeling better and enjoying the things you like to do. We are located in a quiet neighborhood in the Steel Creek area of Charlotte just off of Interstate 485 and Arrowood Rd. or we will gladly come to you so you don’t have to stress over anything extra. Our location allows us to keep our overhead low and focus on bringing you more choices for bodywork therapy. We do this because we care and you are not just a name on a form to us. Nor will we rush you out the door at the end of your session just so we can get another membership on the books. All bodywork therapists are licensed by the state they are practicing massage in and will be able to furnish a copy of their license upon request. Clients will always be draped for their comfort and privacy or clothed during their session as per the board of licensing requirements. Each session is tailored to the individuals needs and the therapist will discuss before the start of each session what to expect during the massage. You are encouraged to participate in the course of your massage so that you receive the best possible massage. The therapist will check with you periodically about the pressure of the strokes but at anytime you may request them to change it or stop that technique if you are uncomfortable with the results.
