Swedish Massage

This style of massage is done using a variety of firm but gentle rhythmic strokes while the client lies on a padded massage table. The therapists will step out of the room to allow the client to undress down to their comfort level and to get positioned onto the table and under the sheet. You will always remain draped for comfort and privacy and only the body part receiving work will be exposed. These sessions are usually done in 60, 90, or 120 minute lengths.  Some of the benefits can include increased circulation, reduced pain and stress relief among many other wellness benefits.
